i got a staff cause i thought it would have the hsr... but it didnt =( nor the +10, so well i got screwed. I gave one of my greens to friend cause i felt bad-since he accidently put in a different email adress than account name to a-net. I kind of want sword/spear though atm. more leaning toward sword just because i have the gear for it.

I got the Spear for my Motivation Paragon with +5 Energy and Furious Mod.
The Bow is pretty nice for group pulling, and the Sheild will replace Hassin's Shell on my low-energy monk set.

Just for Fun. Wintergreens a disapointment
Well the Agent Said these weapons would be "Sharp" so that got my hopes up that they would be max damage. I mean the only advantage over peppermint is they can be inscribed which means a runner or 55 monk or a caster could get some use out of them. These weapons are in no way "Sharp" and are dull as a rock. A step above peppermint only due to the fact that you can inscribe them. I'm going to save mine for the Festival games because that is one place you might actually have a use because weapons don't matter in Festival Games. And they don't even have a new skin. They are just peppermint dyed green.
They are free though if you won so I guess you can't knock ANET for giving something for free. Just wish they would have been better or had a new skin.

requinox, au contraire to what u think...
there are people who would like to use it as a standard weapon to do damage. If the /bonus weapons are like these candy weapons... do you think anyone would still use them?
Mastery of weapon:
Assuming weapon is a bow
Normal: 15 - 28, req 9
Winter: 15 - 15
For normal weapon, from mastery 0 to 8, ur dmg will be 10.75 on average, compared to winter, which gets higher dmg.
However after that, the normal weapon does about 21.5 on average, compared to winter, and the dmg scales higher when more mastery is added.
Its like thinking ... kewl festival hats can be dyed and slotted with a rune. I'm going to use it instead of the normal headgear -.-
End line: The wintergreen weapons are maybe for fun at best, not for serious usage.

I got the Wintersgreen Staff to put my perfect 20% dragonslaying upgrade on. I've been saving it for the most silliest weapon, and I think I made the right choice.
Oh and somehow I guessed one right and so I actually was able to get 2...
Grabbed the sheild as well. Looked like fun.

It should be shortbow range, just like the peppermint one.

I got the shield but I am not sure about my 2nd choice, I need help, maybe I could sell that 2nd for a good money; the bow seem to be the best in damage, and someone say is longbow, is true? ; at the other hand is the wand making 10 damage always whatever your attribute, is that true too? Man, I am not sure.
